Hello! We’re Dilshan and Vindya. Welcome to our corner of the web!
Our journey together began at KPMG in 2011, evolving from a great friendship into a marriage in 2016. Today, we live in Sri Lanka with our mischievous cat, Happy.
Dilshan is a tech guru and adventurer. Having lived mainly across Africa and the Pacific Islands, he has an insatiable love for exploration. This exposure fueled an adventurous life, such as sky-diving in Zimbabwe, para-sailing in South Africa and taking undersea walks in Mauritius. After a successful corporate IT career, he now runs his own Technology firm, Makros Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (linked on this page). His ultimate passion is aviation—from drones and simulators to his goal of earning his PPL (Private Pilot License).
Vindya is a finance expert with CIMA & ACCA accolades and is the family’s finance guru. After holding key roles at KPMG and HSBC, she now serves as the Director/CFO for a BPO firm. With a meticulous eye for numbers and a sharp strategic mind, she has built an impressive career. She is a natural perfectionist and when not working with numbers, she loves baking, painting, crafting, and diving into a good book.
While we share a love for travel, nature, astronomy, aviation and quiet movie nights, our true foundation is our faith. In 2020, our lives were profoundly transformed through the teachings of Prophet Jerome Fernando and The Glorious Church. We came to know Jesus in a real and powerful way, Witnessing Real Miracles (before our very own eyes), Prophetic Insights and experiencing God's guidance firsthand. Our lives have been forever changed for the better. Since meeting our Spiritual Father, we have been blessed beyond measure. Every wonder we experience is a testament to God's Glory. Our focus is to serve God, fulfill our calling, and be Kingdom financiers, impacting and influencing lives by showcasing God's Hand and Work through us.
Our family motto is simple: "Upward and Fast Forward”, always.
